About Us: Vagrant Records is an independent label formed in 1989 by Erik 4-A. We have over a ten year history colored with scenes from the Northwest's rock & roll subculture. Our Genre has a wide variety of Styles and Influences. The label currently features releases by bands like Sick & Wrong, The Boss Martians, and The Queen Annes, Crunchbird, and Blue Faces among others. You can check the catalog for more info on any of our bands. There is much more yet to come from us! Studio V (for Vagrant) is a 2" 16/24 Track (we also have many other forms of Analog Multi-track recording available too) recording studio located in the 'University District' of Seattle, WA. The studio was opened in 1994 by owner Erik 4-A and is currently managed by a small staff of independent producers and engineers. In 2001-2 the studio was closed for a Major Remodel to make things BIGGER & BETTER. Vagrant Records Studio re-opened in May of 2002 and is currently taking Bookings for new Recording Projects. The Mission: It is our goal to provide quality workmanship, service, and affordable recordings for clients seeking professional level work at economical prices. Please see our Rates Section for further details. Our Guarantee: We Guarantee the technical quality of our recording. This means we will record it as you played and/or sing it to our exacting quality standards, free of defects, or you don't have to pay for the additional studio time to fix it.

Directions to Studio V from I-5:

Interstate 5 to the 45th Ave Exit.
Take 45th / 50th Ave Exit.
Take 50th exit and Turn East onto 50th.
Continue 4-5 blocks to University Way
Turn Left (North) onto University Way.
Continue North for approx. 5 blocks.
We're at 5512 University Way on the East side of the street.

NOTE: There is ample on-street parking in front of the studio. We also have accomodation in back for 4 standard sized vehicles.
